Introducing DRE

Old Money Rewired for a New World

For over a century, the world's most powerful financial institutions have generated trillions in wealth from Credit.

Not trading. Not speculation. Not leverage.

Credit.

Mortgages.

Property finance.

Private lending.

Secured credit.

These markets have quietly built the balance sheets of banks, pension funds, insurers, and family offices around the world.

Yet despite the rapid evolution of digital finance, one of the largest asset classes in the world remains largely inaccessible onchain.

DRE exists to change that.

Bringing Property Credit Onchain

DRE (Decentralized Real Estate) is a property credit protocol designed to connect digital capital with institutional-grade property credit.

At the center of the ecosystem is dreUSD, a digital dollar backed by secured property credit and cash equivalents.

Built on top of dreUSD is dreUSDs, a vault designed to distribute rewards generated from the underlying portfolio.

Together they create a new category: Institutional Property Credit. Onchain.

Unlike systems that rely on token emissions, leverage loops, or speculative market activity, DRE is built around productive assets that have powered traditional finance for generations.

The result is a digital dollar connected to real economic activity.

Why DRE Exists

The digital asset industry has successfully reinvented payments, trading, lending, and settlement. What it has not yet achieved at scale is bringing institutional-quality property credit onchain. Today, trillions of dollars sit inside traditional lending markets. Access to these opportunities is typically limited to:

  • Banks
  • Family offices
  • Institutional funds
  • Private wealth platforms
  • High-net-worth investors

At the same time, vast amounts of digital capital remain disconnected from productive assets. DRE bridges that gap. By connecting digital capital with secured property credit, DRE creates a foundation for a more sustainable and asset-backed financial system.

Introducing dreUSD

dreUSD is DRE's native digital dollar.

Each dreUSD is designed to maintain a value of approximately one U.S. dollar while being backed by a diversified portfolio including:

  • Secured property credit
  • Secured loans
  • Cash equivalents

The objective is simple:

Create a digital dollar supported by productive assets rather than idle reserves.

By combining stability with institutional-grade property credit, dreUSD serves as the foundation of the DRE ecosystem.

Introducing dreUSDs

While dreUSD functions as the ecosystem's digital dollar, users can also deposit dreUSD into dreUSDs, DRE's reward-bearing vault.

dreUSDs is designed to distribute rewards generated from the underlying portfolio backing the ecosystem.

As borrowers make repayments across the portfolio, those rewards accumulate within the vault and are reflected through its growth over time.

The objective is straightforward:

Transform institutional property credit into a globally accessible onchain rewards layer.

How DRE Works

The DRE ecosystem follows a straightforward process.

Step 1: Capital Enters the Ecosystem

Users acquire or mint dreUSD.

Step 2: Capital Is Allocated

Capital is allocated across secured property credit, secured loans, and cash equivalents.

Step 3: The Portfolio Generates Rewards

Borrowers make contractual repayments while underlying positions contribute to the growth of the ecosystem.

Step 4: Rewards Flow Back to the Ecosystem

Generated rewards accumulate across the portfolio.

Step 5: Rewards Are Distributed

Participants in the dreUSDs vault benefit from the growth generated by the underlying portfolio.

The result is a digital dollar ecosystem connected directly to productive assets.

A Different Approach to Digital Dollars

Most digital dollars focus on preserving value. DRE focuses on preserving value while connecting capital to productive assets. Traditional stablecoins typically hold cash and cash equivalents.

DRE seeks to create a digital dollar ecosystem backed by assets that actively participate in the real economy.

The long-term vision is simple: A digital dollar that does more than sit idle. A digital dollar that serves as a gateway to institutional-grade property credit and built for the next generation of onchain finance.

We believe the next phase of digital finance will be defined by access to productive assets.

For generations, property credit has been one of the foundations of global finance, supporting the growth of cities, businesses, and communities while generating predictable cash flows for institutional investors.

Yet access to these markets has remained largely limited to banks, private credit funds, family offices, and institutional capital.

Today, the infrastructure exists to change that.

DRE is building the framework that connects digital capital with institutional-grade property credit, creating a digital dollar ecosystem backed by productive assets and real economic activity.

Rather than reinventing finance, DRE brings one of the world's largest and most established asset classes into a modern, programmable financial system.

Welcome to DRE.
